Stage 1: Check, free

A low-threshold start with no sales pitch. In 3 minutes you see where your business stands digitally, with three concrete next steps. Right here on the site: take the check.

Stage 2: Analysis with an implementation plan, from CHF 900

I take a close look at your digital day-to-day, from bookings through the website to visibility, and you get a prioritised implementation plan. That qualifies and funds the groundwork for the actual build.

Includes the visibility analysis

Part of the analysis is a review of your digital visibility: website, SEO and the tools you use. You receive a priority list with effort and impact instead of a wish list, plus a personal review call.

Stage 3: Implementation, from CHF 4'000

The plan becomes a project: website, booking system, visibility or whatever makes the biggest difference in your case. In the end you understand yourself how your system works.

Stage 4: Ongoing support, from CHF 600 per month

The core of the business: I stay your digitalisation guide, reachable and responsible, even when things change. Not a project that ends, but a role that stays.

Concretely, four hours per month are included. I answer requests within 24 hours on working days, and on the first working day of each month you get your fixed update on the month just ended. That way you always know where you stand.
