What happens when you are abroad?

Nothing that slows you down. I work location-independently, and my support is built exactly for that. You reach me digitally, I catch urgent things even from abroad, and much of it runs automatically so you never have to wait for me in the first place.

How quickly do you respond?

With ongoing support I answer within 24 hours on working days. Urgent matters come first, and you always know where you stand.

Will we be dependent on you afterwards?

No, and that is explicitly not the goal. In the end you understand how your own system works, and all the access belongs to you. You stay because it is worth it, not because you have to.

What does it cost per year?

The check is free, the analysis starts at CHF 900. Projects start at CHF 4'000, ongoing support at CHF 600 per month, so from around CHF 7'200 a year. You only pay for the step you actually need.

Can you work with our existing system?

Usually yes. I first look at what you already have and build on it, instead of replacing everything. Only where a switch is truly worth it do I tell you so honestly.

Which language do we work in?

German or English, whichever suits you. The business is based in Switzerland, so most work happens in German, but calls, emails and documentation in English are no problem.
